I wish there were business models that would bring sense to beaming broadband from the sky. It would be ad based. Snooping technology would tell what sites you have been visiting and provide matching ads. Internet is a global thing. Diverse national paces are a lag. Fiber, air and sky should all double down.

Facebook Graph Search: The Alternative View

At this blog I have asked for something like the Facebook Graph Search for years now. So I guess I fall in the camp that says it is a great thing. I have not used it yet myself, but I do think it is a great new addition to the Facebook experience. I want a similarly robust search feature for Twitter. And that is also a noise I have been making at this blog for years.

But here's an alternate view.
