Jobs: Interns/Builders/Designers/Marketers/Salespeople/Strategists/Leaders
Zottt is a tech incubator working on many exciting, ambitious tech startups.
- You visit the Netizen blog and visit the sidebar on the right. You engage me on social media. You pick one book. Read and review the book. If you don't have your own blog, create one for free at Blogger. Post the book review as a blog post. Hyperlink to the book. Hyperlink to the Netizen blog. Plus points for hyperlinking to the blog and the book in your sidebar.
- Share your resume as a Google Doc. After you have done (1), you will be guided to (2). Do it over Gmail. Your resume should be one page (not more). Use nouns and verbs. Provide references for every item you list so they can be verified. Showcase your best work. Be ready to share samples.
- If you get picked, you will do two months of work for free. 10 hours per week.
- Then you will get hired. Techies make $5/hour. Non-techies make $4/hour. You have to cross the $500 mark before a payment is made.
- You start at 10 hours per week. After two months you can request that go up to 15. Two months after that, 20. But that is not automatic. Your request could be denied. Only peak performers get more hours. But 20 is tops for interns.
- Six months before graduation, inform your team leader you are graduating and are interested in joining the team full time. The thing to understand about Zottt is you get shares no matter where you are on the planet. Zottt will be minting millionaires.
- Teams will be 3-5 people. The team will pick one leader by consensus. But that choice is only a suggestion and need not be taken.
- A lattice will be formed. So a team of five has one leader. Five such leaders form another layer and so on.
- All work is remote. You can be anywhere.
- Create a new Gmail where the username has your first name plus zottt. For example: rameshzottt@gmail.com Use that for all work as an intern.
